Stewardship
8. We envision our members and friends supporting all the needs of the church so that our mission in the immediate community and in the world outside our doors may be accomplished.
We see our members and friends:
• Using their God-given time, talents, skills, and resources to
participate in church activities and to help carry out important tasks that move the church forward.
• Acting as mentors to others to help them discover their own talents and skills as church partners.
• Committing their time to the church beyond Sunday morning activities.
• Giving generously to support church programs and ministries.
• Prayerfully growing in their discernment and understanding of the biblical principle of tithing.
• Being responsible caretakers of everything God has entrusted to us.
