About Us

The history of Cedar Heights Community Presbyterian Church (CHCPC) dates back to October 17, 1916, when the Presbytery commission of the Waterloo Presbytery met to receive applications from twenty-five individuals for charter membership in the newly formed church. Since that time CHCPC has grown from a small church that served what was then the community of Cedar Heights to a larger, thriving congregation that now serves the entire Cedar Valley.
